Booking Policies

Retainer
A $50-$100 non-refundable retainer is required.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. If not paid in full, your booking will be canceled.

Security Deposit
Video Guestbook rentals require a refundable deposit. Deposits are returned 24-48 hours after equipment is inspected and confirmed to be free of damage or missing items.

Cancellations
Retainers are non-refundable.

Delivery
Delivery, setup, and pickup are included with all rentals. Additional travel fees may apply outside of our service zone.
Travel Fees
Travel is included up to 20 minutes from Kingwood, TX 77345. For locations beyond this range, travel fees are based on estimated drive time using a standard GPS system.
